As Co-Founder, CEO & CMO of Little Kitchen Academy I am at the forefront of revolutionizing Montessori-inspired culinary education for children and teens focused on developing independence, confidence, and healthy eating habits empowering them to change their lives and those around them.

As a seasoned brand and business builder, I thrive on fostering high-performance teams and driving growth in fiercely competitive consumer markets. My collaborative leadership style empowers me to hit “home runs” by connecting dots quickly that others might miss. Forming impactful strategic partnerships is my superpower, creating lasting value and innovation.

With extensive experience in scaling brands and businesses globally, I have a proven track record of making things happen. My diverse and deep network, built on authentic relationships, spans multiple industries and disciplines. This wide-ranging experience allows me to see the bigger picture and fine-tune the details, ensuring the strongest strategies are developed.  From taking a cigar company public in my 20s to leading globally recognized brands such as Cold Stone Creamery, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Flip Flop Shops, OfficeZilla.com, and JOE’S Jeans, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to scale and steer brands to industry leadership.

I have a unique knack for asking the right questions to ensure stronger outcomes. My approach involves keenly observing what’s working, what’s not working, and what’s missing, to develop the most robust strategies.
